Overview
This automated sync updates src/config.json by dropping the blocklist entry 61683conbase-user-verify.crabdance.com from the phishing domain list. No other domains or config fields change in this diff.

The list feeds PhishingDetector via src/index.ts, so the only behavioral effect is that this hostname would no longer be flagged as phishing by this package until it is re-added upstream.
